KSHS Students Visit Mekelle University for Hands-On STEM Experience
Last Friday, members of the Science and Technology Club at Kallamino Special High School took part in an educational trip to the Mekelle University Science Museum and the Mekelle American Corner, both located within the university campus.
The visit was designed to give students practical exposure to scientific innovation, technology exhibits, and global learning resources beyond the classroom. By engaging with interactive displays and modern science tools, students gained a deeper appreciation for the real-world applications of STEM education.
Such opportunities are essential in inspiring curiosity, strengthening academic motivation, and encouraging students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
